1. Movji Terms of Use

Welcome to Movji. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Movji mobile application and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using Movji, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. About Movji

​

Movji is a party game where players create, guess, and play with movie titles using emoji. The app is designed for entertainment and social gameplay.

​

Movji is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any movie studio, streaming platform, rights holder, actor, producer, publisher, or trademark owner.

​

All movie titles, trademarks, names, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

​

2. Eligibility

​

You must be at least 13 years old to use Movji.

​

If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use Movji only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

​

3. Your Use of Movji

​

You agree to use Movji only for lawful, personal, and entertainment purposes.

​

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes
• Enter hateful, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit the app
• Interfere with the app’s functionality or security
• Use the app to harass or harm others
• Violate the rights of any third party
• Circumvent payment, subscription, or feature-access systems

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the app if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. User Content

​

Movji may allow you to enter content such as team names, player names, movie titles, emoji combinations, custom prompts, or other gameplay-related content.

​

You retain ownership of the content you create or enter, but you grant us a limited right to use, store, display, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate and improve the app.

​

You are responsible for your content and must ensure that it does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

​

We may remove or restrict content that we believe violates these Terms or creates risk for Movji, users, or third parties.

​

5. Movie Titles and Intellectual Property

​

Movji may reference movie titles or allow users to enter movie titles for gameplay purposes.

​

Movji does not claim ownership over any third-party movie titles, trademarks, characters, logos, images, posters, or other protected materials.

​

You agree not to use Movji to upload, copy, distribute, or misuse copyrighted or trademarked materials unless you have the right to do so.

​

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

​

Movji may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases.

​

All purchases made through the iOS app are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. Apple’s payment terms and App Store rules apply to those purchases.

​

If Movji offers an auto-renewable subscription, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to Apple’s subscription policies. Apple describes auto-renewable subscriptions as access to content, services, or premium features that renew automatically until the user cancels.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

​

7. Free Trials and Promotions

​

Movji may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional access.

​

Unless otherwise stated, promotional access may be limited in time, features, availability, or eligibility.

​

If a free trial converts into a paid subscription, the app will disclose the price, duration, and renewal terms before purchase.

​

8. Refunds

​

Payments made through the App Store are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to Apple’s refund process and policies.

​

We do not control Apple’s refund decisions.

​

9. Account Creation and Deletion

​

Movji may allow or require account creation for certain features.

​

If account creation is available, you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

​

If you wish to delete your account, you may do so from within the app where available or by contacting us at [support email]. If the app supports account creation, Apple requires apps to let users initiate account deletion within the app.

10. Privacy

Your use of Movji is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: movji.app/privacy

​

Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect information.

11. App Availability and Changes

​

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Movji at any time.

​

We may add, remove, or change features, gameplay modes, limits, pricing, or availability.

​

We are not liable if any part of the app becomes unavailable or changes over time.

​

12. No Warranty

​

Movji is provided “as is” and “as available.”

​

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs.

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOOHOO LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Movji.

​

Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid to use Movji during the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

14. Termination

​

You may stop using Movji at any time.

​

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the app or other users, or used the app in a way that may cause legal or operational issues.

15. Changes to These Terms

​

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify users through the app or other appropriate means.

​

Your continued use of Movji after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

​

​

16. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
